The Simon Cumbers' Media Challenge fund supports media projects highlighting issues in the developing world. Print, photographic, radio and other journalists are encouraged to apply as are those considering a TV documentary on the themes suggested.

Irish Aid has decided that the administration of the Simon Cumbers Media Challenge Fund is to be carried out by Connect-World, with effect from this month.  Connect-World's objective is to promote the coverage of development issues in the media, so this is a logical extension of Irish Aid's existing partnership with the organisation.
