Civil Society Fund
Irish Aid, the Government's official development assistance programme, invites applications under the Civil Society Fund (CSF) from Irish civil society organisations. The CSF supports non-governmental organisations and other civil society organisations to respond to the development needs of poor communities overseas.
All organisations funded through the CSF will be subject to monitoring and evaluation by Irish Aid. The Civil Society Fund Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation Guidelines below, are designed to assist CSF partner organisations in monitoring and reporting to Irish Aid on grants received.
These guidelines also cover CSF block grants.
The Application Form and Guidelines for the CSF scheme are attached below.
Next CSF funding rounds:
The most recent closing date for receipt of applications for the Civil Society Fund was 28th March 2008.
It should be noted that there will be no further calls for applications for funding during 2008. The closing date for the next funding round to be held in 2009 has not been decided but will be posted on this website as soon as it becomes available.
