This Country Strategy Paper (CSP) sets out the strategy for Ireland’s development assistance to Uganda for the period 2004-2006. It builds on the experiences gained during the implementation of the previous CSP (2000-2003) and responds to the evolving development context in Uganda. Uganda has been a programme country for Irish Aid since 1994. The programme has grown from just under €1 million in 1994 to €32 million in 2003. |
